First…We meet 90% of our candidates.
• EHS ultimately spends up to two hours meeting and interviewing each candidate in person, on the phone or via web cam.
• EHS follows that up with reference checks upfront not after an offer has been made. We will also send you a detailed interview highlight sheet with information from the candidate that is not on the resume. This would include…short and long term goals / why are they seeking a career change / why they left a previous employer / what would make them an asset to your company /background check information / achievements and accomplishments / when are they available for interview, etc.
• EHS in fact will even follow up after the candidate is hired to see how they are doing. We then give you the feedback via phone call or email.
Since EHS has three different search options, we are sure that we have a plan that meets your needs. With each, we are pleased to locate quality candidates and evaluate them with regards to your experience, income and personality specifications.
